Applied Voice & Speech Technologies, Inc. (AVST) is a provider of voice mail and unified messaging systems and based in Orange County. They are best known for their CallXpress® product. AVST is one of the few providers that is not part of a telephone PBX company.
AVST came into being in September 2003 and combined operations from Sound Advantage and the AVT division of Captaris, Inc.
